Binkley Real Estate was founded in 1984 and our team has worked hard to help our clients find the perfect home or property for more than 30 years Originally an accountant, Gary Binkley left accounting to go into Real Estate and then later opened his own business in 1984. Initially, Binkley Real Estate had just four agents. Since then we’ve tripled our team, our real estate agents all specialize in residential, agriculture, and commercial sales. For a long time, Gary focused his marketing and sales right in his backyard. When you drove through Wapakoneta, Ohio, Binkley was the only real estate agency that had signs all through town. It’s this dedication to our business and our customers that made Binkley Real Estate the leader in marketing and selling homes in the area. In 2015, Kyle Binkley and Jeremy Huebner bought the company from Gary. Together, they are working on expanding the business and focusing on technology-driven solutions for our clients. We now work within Auglaize, Allen, Mercer, Logan, Harrod, and Shelby counties.
